Gretchen Bliss – A leader in cybersecurity education and community engagement, Gretchen Bliss directs Cybersecurity Programs at UCCS and has held senior roles at NORAD and U.S. Northern Command. She serves on the board of the National Cybersecurity Center, was recognized with the 2023 Gary Bostrom Community Inspiration Leadership Award and has made invaluable contributions supporting the IVLP program through the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council.
